Michael Clark is President and Chief Operating Officer at Onpoint Healthcare Partners, leading go-to-market strategy, daily operations, customer success, and organizational scaling. With over 25 years of healthcare technology leadership, Michael accelerates Onpoint’s market penetration of its groundbreaking Practice Management as a Service (PMaaS™) model—the industry’s first fully autonomous AI-powered practice management solution that moves healthcare organizations beyond traditional point solutions toward complete autonomous practice operations.

Most recently, Michael served as President and Chief Growth Officer at RAAPID Inc., an AI-driven risk adjustment platform, and Chief Executive Officer of DeliverHealth. His career includes executive leadership at Nuance Healthcare, Evariant, and M*Modal, where he built a reputation for successfully transitioning organizations from tech-enabled services to pure technology platforms. With deep experience in healthcare technology and AI innovation, Michael’s leadership is defined by relentless focus on execution, measurable impact, and delivering transformational outcomes across clinical quality, financial performance, and operational efficiency. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami and serves on multiple healthcare boards.

Jim Boswell is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Onpoint Healthcare Partners, with over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience building and scaling multi-specialty group practices across health systems and private practice organizations. As CSO, Jim leads Onpoint’s commercial strategy, oversees key client and partner relationships, and shapes the long-term product vision that has established Onpoint as the category leader in healthcare agentic AI.

Jim’s career has been defined by driving transformational outcomes in complex healthcare environments—expertise that now guides Onpoint’s strategic positioning, market expansion, and innovation roadmap. His leadership ensures Onpoint continues setting the standard for autonomous AI orchestration and the operating model of the future in value-based care delivery.

Rodney Haynes brings over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and practice transformation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes at scale. As Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Onpoint, Rodney leads client success, account management, and the long-term practice transformation initiatives that ensure every healthcare organization achieves maximum value from the Iris Medical Agent AI Platform.

Prior to co-founding Onpoint, Rodney served as Chief Operating Officer for Mercy Health in St. Louis, where he oversaw operations for four hospitals across two states and more than 150 physician practices. His deep operational expertise and commitment to care delivery excellence now drive Onpoint’s client experience strategy, ensuring seamless implementation, sustained value realization, and transformational outcomes for IPAs, MSOs, AMCs, and payer-owned group practices.

Stephen Gentry is the Chief Financial Officer at Onpoint, a role he assumed in January 2024. In this capacity, Stephen is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

With 27 years of leadership experience across healthcare, life sciences, and enterprise solutions, Venkat has driven product strategy, innovation, and growth at organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Nuance, and Verily. His expertise encompasses business strategy, M&A, product development, SaaS, AI solutions, and digital health.

Jason Cochran is the Senior Vice President of Technology at Onpoint, with over 12 years of experience at NEA Clinic as Director of Information Technology and EMR Coordinator.
