Emily Buxton Taylor is the CFO/COO of Onpoint Healthcare Partners. A CPA and NACD Governance Fellow, Emily specializes in scaling high-growth companies and driving operational excellence.

Michael Clark is President and Chief Operating Officer at Onpoint Healthcare Partners, leading go-to-market strategy, daily operations, customer success, and organizational scaling. With over 25 years of healthcare technology leadership, Michael accelerates Onpoint’s market penetration of its groundbreaking Practice Management as a Service (PMaaS™) model—the industry’s first fully autonomous AI-powered practice management solution that moves healthcare organizations beyond traditional point solutions toward complete autonomous practice operations.

Most recently, Michael served as President and Chief Growth Officer at RAAPID Inc., an AI-driven risk adjustment platform, and Chief Executive Officer of DeliverHealth. His career includes executive leadership at Nuance Healthcare, Evariant, and M*Modal, where he built a reputation for successfully transitioning organizations from tech-enabled services to pure technology platforms. Jim Boswell is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Onpoint Healthcare Partners, with over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience building and scaling multi-specialty group practices across health systems and private practice organizations. As CSO, Jim leads Onpoint’s commercial strategy, oversees key client and partner relationships, and shapes the long-term product vision that has established Onpoint as the category leader in healthcare agentic AI.
